Worst courier service

When it comes to Gdex courier service,

I can show middle finger!!!

Fcuking angry with all of their services mainly Subang Jaya Branch cos I think that is the only fcked up branch. 

Seriously, I have done so much of my retail therapy online for the past years but I have never come across shops using Gdex courier service. But this month, I had to face two miserable parcels that went thru Gdex.

Scenario #1 Parcel : 

Let say I supposed to receive in day 2 but I was not home and I used the e-tracking, which is true that it shows unable to deliver cos sender not home (innocently believing). Next 3-4 days at home the whole time cos of exams, obviously stay home and study la. Then the e-tracking shown that they made several attempts during the days I was at home but unable to deliver again cos I was not home (no longer that innocent to believe such bullshit). So I called them, made arrangement on when I can receive it etc, promise after promise but still have not received. I kept calling them (annoying freak I know but my parcel weiii), so from the day the sender sent up to the day I received it took them 7-9 days which supposedly 1-3days only #fml

Scenario #2 Parcel :

It's still on going issue, I have not receive the parcel at all yet.

I do not want everyone in the world tracking my parcel so I removed the number. Imagine since 11/12 (4 days ago) no attempted deliveries at all! wtff! After 2 days I called the Subang Jaya Branch, the staff promised that it will be deliver on Friday (14/12) as previously they were short of manpower, ok la now festive season so I understood. But to my disappointment, I did not receive my parcel again so I called on Friday, she promised that it will be deliver on Saturday, so I am still okay. When it comes to Saturday (today), I have not received again, I called the Subang branch at 12pm, she kept insisting that I will receive it before 1pm (Saturday). KNS my parcel is still some where in their office rot there!

Gdex Subang Branch totally fcked eh! No efforts at all! Even Skynet, Taqbin etc better than your services. I don't want to mention poslaju cos the service is totally worth it! I hope you take actions, Gdex!!
